How do I make a payment?

  • Online:  Go to the Customer Center and input your policy number and the zip code of the insured property.  Then you will be able to make an automatic debit from a bank account or charge to credit card.
  • In our office:  Drop by (or call) and we can electronically sweep the payment from your debit card or your credit card.  Or, if you prefer and there's enough time, we can mail your check to American Integrity.                  PLEASE NOTE:  We do not accept cash or money orders.
  • Call American Integrity:  Call (866)968-8390, option 3, to speak to a representative.
  • By mail:  Mail your check or money order to the address below. Make sure you include the bottom portion of your invoice (if applicable) and note your policy number on your check or money order.

How do I file a claim?

  • Call them directly at their 24-hours Claims Line at (866)277-9871;
  • Email them at [email protected];
  • Go to the Claims Center and input your policy number and the date of loss and proceed to submit your claim online;
  • Report the claim to us.


Effective 10/8/18:  How do I file a Hurricane Michael claim?

As Hurricane Michael is expected to impact Florida's Panhandle and West Coast, American Integrity has mobilized their catastrophe response team so that they will be there for you

If you have damage related to Michael, please contact American Integrity at 844-MyAIIC1 (844-692-4421). You are also welcome to file a claim and check the status of your claim online on their Claims Portal
