How do I file a claim?

When insured by Auto-Owners, you do not have to worry about reporting a claim to someone who doesn't care.  To report a claim during business hours, call us - someone you know and trust.  We'll set the claim in motion by notifying the local Auto-Owners claim office on your behalf.  Auto-Owners claims professionals will then handle your claim to conclusion.

If you are unable to call our office during our normal business hours, Auto-Owners provides an Emergency After Hours Phone Service from 4:30 P.M. through 8:00 A.M. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, and twenty-four (24) hours a day on Saturday, Sunday and all holidays.  This service is available by calling toll-free 1-888-Claim-AO (1-888-252-4626).
